 I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006 and became a Licensed Esthetician in 2016, currently seeing clients in Milford and Franklin, MA. 

My goal is to give you the best therapeutic treatment possible so you feel relaxed, restored and pain free. All of my clients are unique so I customize treatments to your specific needs for each session using a variety of techniques.

For chronic, every day aches and pain and stress relief, traditional and advanced techniques are used to give you a complete treatment. For most clients, using traditional Swedish, Deep Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques are very effective.

I often use CranioSacral therapy to help with deep release of over stressed cranial and neck muscles.

I may use Trigger point release or acupressure points to reduce pain on specific adhesions within a muscle.

Therapeutic grade essential oils and hot stones, silicone cups or other massage tools can help to release and treat muscle pain or induce relaxation so you receive the most effective treatment.

 I have advanced training in Hawaiian LomiLomi, the ultimate in relaxation and whole body, mind and spirit healing. 

 I'm a certified Aromatherapist and level 2 Reiki practitioner and have specialist training in Lymphatic drainage, Cupping, Pre-Natal and Thai techniques.
